Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Benchmark Reporting Access Control Tab

The Access Control tab allows you to share reports with other users. This grid displays the Owner field which is only accessible for editing by the owner or a member of the SYSADMIN group. In addition, this tab displays the Access Control List grid which allows you to edit user access to your reports. A row in the access control grid can have either a user or group but not both on the same row.

Field Description
Owner This field displays the name of the project owner.
User This column displays an alphabetical list of Touchstone users. Submitters are not included in this list.
Group This column displays all the groups listed in EPM SA. These groups are sorted by their description.
Role This column displays all the roles listed in EPM SA. These roles are sorted by their description.

Touchstone will display the default role specified in EPM SA when you do not specify one for the user or group.

Read Only This checkbox determines who has read-only access to the report.
